Royal Caribbean Named Best Overall Cruise Line

Royal Caribbean has always been committed to providing its passengers with the most extraordinary cruise experience possible, and the readers of Travel Weekly unanimously agree that they have succeeded in doing so. For the second year in a row, the highly respected travel publication has named Royal Caribbean International as the best overall cruise line. The announcement was made as a part of the publications 2nd Annual Readers Choice Awards. In addition to the distinction of being the best overall, Royal Caribbean also received the separate honors of best cruise line: America, and best cruise line: The Caribbean.
Travel Weekly surveyed over 2,000 of its loyal readers prior to handing out the awards, most of which are experienced travel professionals. Participants were asked to consider every aspect of their overall cruising experience, including available itineraries and destinations, ship design and d'or, onboard service, food, accommodations, entertainment, children's programs, as well as any other onboard offerings or activities.

These Travel Weekly honors are just a few of countless top awards that have been presented to Royal Caribbean in the past year. A wide variety of other travel professionals, journalists, and consumers have repeatedly rewarded Royal Caribbean for the outstanding overall cruise experience that they offer, including their extensive onboard offerings, their utilization of the latest available technologies, as well as their awareness of the environment and ongoing efforts to protect it.
