Carnival Cruise Lines recently announced that beginning with the 2006 cruising season and continuing into 2007, the 88,500 ton Carnival Legend will begin offering an array of six-day Bermuda cruises. These exciting voyages will depart from New York on April 20, 2006, and April 19, 2007, and will feature an overnight visit to lively King's Wharf, Bermuda, as well as a full-day stop in quaint Newport, RI.
"Bermuda is a much sought-after cruise destination and these two voyages offer guests an opportunity to explore this island paradise while sailing aboard one of our most beautiful and amenity-laden ships, Carnival Legend," said Bob Dickinson, President and CEO of Carnival Cruises.
The Bermuda voyages will precede Carnival Legend's eight-day Caribbean cruise schedule from New York, which will begin at the end of April (following the Bermuda sailings) and run through October of both 2006 and 2007.
