presented by Food & Wine magazine
With a tradition of exquisite fine dining, Holland America is enhancing its onboard experience with a special culinary program that will run on select Holland America cruises. The Culinary Arts Center onboard Holland America will host a wide range of culinary activities and is a state-of-the-art facility that features an innovative theatre-style venue, a show kitchen, plasma video screens, and a large cooking display counter. Cruise guests will have a chance to mingle with culinary experts and participate in free demonstrations.
The schedule below shows the guest chef and the cruise in which they will appear. Every cruise offers at least two 90-minute, hands-on cooking classes and each session is limited to only 15 participants. Classes are offered at a nominal fee ranging from $29 to $49 per session and include a Culinary Arts apron, recipe cards, and a 10% discount on food at the Pinnacle Grill or a complimentary Riedel wine tasting.
