Honeymoon Registry Terms and Conditions
Cruise Network, Inc. ("www.cruisenetwork.com") provides this Terms of Use ("Agreement") to you as a user of Cruise Network. By using Cruise Network you are indicating your willingness to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, please do not use Cruise Network.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time and without prior notice to you, but such changes will be effective only when they are posted on this site. You agree to be bound by all of the terms of this and all future Agreements, as long as you use Cruise Network.
Cruise Network reserved the right to modify or
discontinue Cruise Network at any time without notice
to you. Any such modifications or terminations of
service announcements will be posted to the web
site.
You must book your cruise with Cruise Network in
order to enroll in the Cruise Network Honeymoon
Registry.

Cruise Network has not reviewed all of the sites
linked to this website and is not responsible for
the availability, content or accuracy of any pages
or other sites linked via this website. The inclusion
of any link to such sites does not imply endorsement
by Cruise Network of these sites. Your linking to
any other pages or sites is at your own risk. You
agree that Cruise Network will not be liable for
any loss or damages you or any third party may suffer
in connection with third party pages or sites.
By participating in this offer, users agree to be
bound by these Official Terms and Conditions.
The Cruise Network Honeymoon Registry cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, coupon, cash back program, onboard credit, upgrade offer, or group booking of any kind.
The couple will be responsible for
the initial deposit and final payment required for
the particular cruise. Final payment is due no later
than 70 days prior to the departure date for the
cruise (no later than 90 days prior, if sailing on
a holiday). The couple will be responsible
for making the payments on or before the applicable
due dates. If and when the funds become available,
the couple will be reimbursed from the account.
Cruise Network accepts major credit cards, money
orders, and cashiers checks. Prices shown are in
United States Dollars unless otherwise noted. If
your credit card is declined, Cruise Network will
try your card a total of 2 times as well as attempting
to contact you. If we can not contact you to obtain
authorization we will consider your reservation
canceled and penalties will apply. The deposit amount
charged from your credit card is as follows:

Should the couple decide to cancel the honeymoon travel arrangements, all funds in the couple's registry account will be refunded to the couple, less a $50 Cruise Network cancellation fee and any non-refundable deposits and cancellations fees imposed by the cruise line. It will be the responsibility of the registered couple to refund their contributors per the contribution list provided by Cruise Network. Cruise Network will not be held responsible or liable for contributor's refunds.
