Supreme Court rules in favor of the Disabled on Cruise Ships
By a 5-4 vote, the highest court in the land ruled that foreign cruise ships
that sail in U.S. waters can be sued under the laws of the Americans with
Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) for discriminating against disabled passengers.

NCL's Pride of America Prepares for
Inaugural Sailing

voyage, NCL's new Pride of America is readying her crew of more than 900 in
Germany, and preparing to make her final journey across the Atlantic to New York
later this week. When she makes her official public debut on June 25th in
Miami, Pride of America will be the largest U.S. flagged ship ever built, and
