Oceania Cruise Food - The Grand Dining Room

A hand-painted fresco ceiling tops the Grand Dining Room where a tuxedo-clad wait staff serves elegant six course meals to tables sparkling with Villeroy and Boch china and European crystal. A sample Oceania cruise menu includes exquisite selections such as sliced proscuitto with arugula and shaved parmesan; black mussels in white wine, tomatoes, and garlic bread; minestrone Genovese; Roma tomato quinquonce with confit of cherry tomatoes and basil dressing; fettucine alfredo; and grilled swordfish filet with pesto mashed potatoes, roast pepper compote and sautéed cherry tomatoes.
