P&O Cruise Dining – Structure
P&O cruise dining is currently undergoing some structural changes, expected to reach completion in the spring of 2006. At that time, the three new dining options will be unveiled, supplying passengers with more choices for onboard dining than ever before. Club Dining, Select Dining, and Freedom Dining will be available across the fleet of five ships, allowing guests to enjoy enhanced flexibility, variety, and choice.
P&O Cruise Dining – Club Dining
Club Dining lives up to its name, providing passengers with an experience not unlike a traditional social club. Offering two seatings, the first at 6:30 p.m. and the second at 8:30 p.m., club dining offers you and your companions the same table every evening. Simply select your preferences at the time of booking and the restaurant will provide you with your table number, sitting, and restaurant, with a card in your cabin when you board the ship. Forge new friendships and share common experiences over an exquisite five-course meal in an elegant setting. Club Dining is offered in the Meridian on Arcadia, Ligurian on the Oceana, the Alexandria and Medina on the Aurora, the Peninsular and the Oriental on the Oriana, and the Coral Dining Room on the Artemis.
P&O Cruise Dining – Select Dining
Previously known as "Alternative Dining," Select Dining affords guests an enhanced flexibility in terms of dining options. Providing a change of scenery and the freedom to select dining companions, Select Dining is a popular choice for passengers looking to celebrate a special occasion or enjoy an intimate meal for two. This popular P&O cruise dining choice does require reservations, so please call ahead once you decide on your preferred date and time. Select Dining is offered in the Arcadian Rhodes and the Orchid restaurants on Arcadia, the Horizon Grill and the Plaza's Bistro on Oceana, Café Bordeaux and the Pennant Grill on Aurora, the Terrace Grill and Le Jardin on Oriana, and The Grill on Artemis.
P&O Cruise Dining – Freedom Dining
Currently available exclusively on Arcadia and the Oceana, Freedom Dining provides open seating in a spacious and sophisticated atmosphere from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m. Similar to the structure of an on-shore restaurant, Freedom Dining is reservations-only, and allows for passengers to book tables for up to eight guests. Freedom Dining is offered in The Belvedere on Arcadia and the Adriatic Restaurant on Oceana.
