Queen Elizabeth 2

Launched by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth I of England, Cunard Line Queen Elizabeth 2, one of two amazing Cunard ships (the other, of course, is Queen Mary 2), took her maiden voyage on May 2, 1969. After a comprehensive renovation in 2001, QE2 was ready and eager to take travelers on journeys around the world. With a weight of 70,327 tons and able to hold 1,791 guests and 921 crew members, not only is Queen Elizabeth 2 a magnificent vessel, it has a passenger to crew member ratio of about 2:1. There are 12 decks on the Cunard Queen Elizabeth 2 ship and thirteen elevators that can take passengers to find adventure on any one of them.
